How Do I Rent Your Facilities?












Important information:

    Although we are a year round camp, access during the winter is limited to entry by snowmobile or our snowcat. This limits the size that we can accomodate during the winter to 80 persons.

    

      During the summer months we have lodging facilities for 125 persons, plus plenty of space for RV’s and tents. Our dining facilities limit us to 200 persons during the summer months.

   

Rental Procedure

    If you would like to rent our facilities the following is the procedure that must be followed.

           

  1. 1.Check our calendar to see if the dates you would like to request are available. (calendar can be found here)


  1. 2.You must read and sign our “Pilot Lake Contract for Rental Agreement”  This form can be found by clicking here.


  1. 3.Wait for confirmation from Pilot Lake Camp that the requested dates are available (within 72 hours)


  1. 4.Sign Contract that will be sent to you


  1. 5.Pay deposit (deposit amount will be sent to you along with the contract)


  1. 6.Upon reception of your deposit you will receive confirmation that your reservation has been made.
